1. What is NOVUX™?

Novux™ is CommScope's new generation of closures, focusing on modularity, scalability, quick and easy installation, a reduced number of components and a lower environmental footprint.

Novux™ offers 50 times more combination options than previous systems, based on 75% fewer components.

Novux™ is ideal for faster and uncomplicated installations that do not require specially trained technicians.

2. Which product range is NOVUX™ replacing?

Novux™ is a new product line from CommScope and is the most flexible FTTX platform in the industry.

The Novux™ series, SRC, covers the functions for, among others, OFDR and Gator.

3. Which tools do I need for the installation of NOVUX™?

The Novux™ closures are specifically designed for use and installation without the need for special tools.

For preparation and splicing, the technician's standard fiber tools are used.

4. What about the bending radius of the fiber?

Novux™ is compatible with G657. It is not designed for a D-fiber due to the bending radius in the compact NOVUX closure.

Feel free to ask if there is any doubt regarding a specific application.

If looping tubes in CSC40/100, they must be soft tubes.
