To support the further development of our business within passive components for fiber optic and data network infrastructure, Alcadon BV is looking for a driven colleague to strengthen our sales and back-office team.
This position is intended as a first step towards a future role as Account Manager in the medium term.
We are looking for a candidate who matches the following profile:
- Commercial mindset: solution-oriented, result-driven, and focused on building long-term customer relationships
- Clear interest in data communication, fiber networks, and infrastructure rollout
- Knowledge of passive components used in datacom environments
- A positive can-do mentality
- Strong team player
- Some sales experience, an existing network of contacts, and a proven result-oriented approach
- Dutch-speaking, with a good command of French and English
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ERP systems and administrative processes
- Willingness to travel frequently within Belgium and occasionally internationally
The position is full-time.
