Leadership change at Alcadon in Belgium, Germany and Denmark
Alcadon Group restructures and appoints new local CEOs as part of a stronger focus on decentralization
Alcadon Group announces a leadership change in Belgium, Denmark, and Germany. Susanne Stengade will step down from her role as Head of Central Europe at the end of 2025 after five years with the Group - a journey that began with Alcadon’s acquisition of her company, 6X International ApS, which she built up with her tremendous drive and deep industry knowledge.
Her responsibilities will be gradually handed over in a controlled transition process.
In Belgium, Piet den Ouden will take over as CEO. He currently serves as Sales Director for Alcadon Belgium.
The new CEO of Alcadon Denmark and Alcadon Germany will be André Radley Grundahl, who will assume the role no later than October 1, 2025.
The Central European region will be dissolved as part of Alcadon Group’s strategy to strengthen local governance.
